Some pre questions and answers
Who is FS Nexa?
FS Nexa is a web development and SEO studio run by two specialists, Faique Ahmad on development and Attique Shehzad on SEO and content. We design, build, and rank websites for clients worldwide, and we also build and run our own products, so everything we recommend has already been tested on something we own.
Where is FS Nexa based, and who do you work with?
We're headquartered digitally, and our clients are global. We've delivered projects for businesses in the UK, the US, and beyond, across construction, aviation and therapy services, tech, real estate and gaming media, finance, and local business directories. Distance has never been the limiting factor; clear communication and clear deliverables are.
Why choose a two-person studio over a bigger agency?
Because size isn't the same as capability, and it often works against you. Bigger agencies mean more overhead, more people between you and the actual work, and more room for your project to become someone's side task. With FS Nexa, the two people running the studio are the two people building your site and ranking it. That's not a limitation, it's the entire value proposition.
What makes FS Nexa different from a typical agency?
Most agencies sell you a salesperson first and a developer or SEO later, often someone you never actually speak to. At FS Nexa, the two people who pitch the project are the same two people who build it. No account managers translating your requests, no outsourced subcontractors, no juniors learning on your budget. You get senior-level work because senior-level people are the ones doing it.
What exact services do you offer?
Custom WordPress and PHP development, plugin and API integrations, database and performance architecture, technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, schema and structured data, content strategy, and editorial writing. We can take a project from an empty domain to a fully built, ranking website, or step into any single piece of that if that's all you need.
Do you only work with WordPress?
WordPress is where we do our deepest work — custom themes, custom plugins, and full PHP-level builds rather than page builders or templates. But we're not a one-platform shop. We also build on Shopify, develop custom SaaS products, and set up AI-driven automations and workflows. If your project sits outside what we've listed, tell us the scope and we'll give you a straight answer on whether we're the right fit. We'd rather say no upfront than take a project we can't do justice to.
Can you handle both a new website and SEO from day one?
Yes, and that's usually the strongest way to start. Building SEO into the first line of code, correct URL structure, schema, page speed, and semantic HTML saves months of retrofitting later. If you already have a site and just need SEO and content on top of it, that works too.
Do you write content as well, or only optimize it?
Both. We plan content around real search intent and topical authority, then write it, whether that's service pages, blog articles, or full editorial calendars. Content that's optimized but poorly written doesn't convert, and content that's well written but has no strategy behind it doesn't get found. We build both at once.
We're not local to you. Can you really deliver quality remotely?
Remote delivery is the default for how digital agencies operate now, not the exception. What actually determines quality is process: clear scoping before work starts, regular check-ins during the build, and a finished product you review before anything is called done. That's how every FS Nexa project runs, regardless of where the client is.
How do we communicate across time zones?
We work asynchronously by default; updates, drafts, and questions move over email or chat so you're never waiting on a live call to get an answer. When a real-time conversation is useful, we schedule it around your hours, not ours.
What payment methods do you accept, and is there a contract?
We work against a written scope of work before any project starts, so both sides know exactly what's being delivered and when. Payment is typically staged: an upfront deposit, then milestones tied to progress, rather than one lump sum at the end. Specific payment methods are confirmed during onboarding based on what works for your country and currency.
Who owns the code, content, and website once the project is complete?
You do. Once a project is paid in full, the code, content, and any assets we build are yours outright. We don't hold sites hostage on proprietary platforms or withhold source files; that's a red flag in this industry and it's not how we operate.
How do you handle data security and confidentiality?
Client credentials, business data, and project details are handled on a need-to-know basis and never shared or reused across other projects. If your project requires a formal NDA before we start, we're glad to sign one.
What's your process from first contact to launch?
We start with a scoping conversation to understand what you actually need, not just what you think you need. From there, we send a clear proposal covering deliverables, timeline, and cost. Once approved, development and SEO work run in parallel where possible, with checkpoints along the way, and you review the finished build before it goes live.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends entirely on scope. A focused landing page can move in one to two weeks. A full custom WordPress build with plugin development, integrations, and a content foundation typically runs four to eight weeks. We'll give you a real timeline once we understand the project, not a placeholder number that changes once work starts.
Do you work on a fixed price, hourly, or retainer?
All three, depending on the work. Defined projects, a new site, a specific plugin, a schema rollout are usually fixed price so you know the total cost upfront. Ongoing SEO, content, and maintenance work runs as a monthly retainer, since that kind of work compounds over time rather than finishing in one sprint.
What if we need changes after the site is delivered?
Minor fixes shortly after launch are covered as part of the original project. Beyond that, we offer ongoing support and maintenance plans, or you can bring us in for specific updates as needed. Either way, you're never stuck once the invoice is paid; we stay reachable.
Can you fix or take over a website someone else built?
Yes, this is a large part of what we do. We regularly inherit sites built by previous developers or agencies, audit what's there, and either repair, rebuild, or migrate as needed. We'll tell you honestly whether the existing foundation is worth keeping or whether a rebuild will actually save you money long-term.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and any agency that guarantees a specific ranking position is either overpromising or using tactics that put your site at risk when Google updates its algorithm. What we do guarantee is a strategy built on solid technical foundations, real content, a
How long before we see SEO results?
Technical fixes, site speed, indexing issues, schema, can show measurable movement within a few weeks. Competitive keyword rankings and new content typically take three to six months to build real authority. Anyone quoting faster timelines for competitive terms isn't giving you the full picture.
Do you have proof of your own results, not just client testimonials?
Yes, and this is one of the biggest differences between FS Nexa and most agencies. Unfreeze Tools, Toolizo, Bulk DAPA, GetListed USA, and Tools Tecique are our own products; we own and run them together. Faique builds and maintains them, Attique runs the SEO and content behind them, and they carry real live traffic. On top of that, we've delivered the same results for clients across several industries. Every technique we recommend has already been proven somewhere we had to answer for the outcome ourselves, not just in a client's numbers we can't fully verify.
Do you offer a free consultation or audit?
Yes. Send us your site or your project idea, and we'll give you a straight, honest assessment of what's working, what isn't, and what we'd actually recommend, before you commit to anything.
